All Studio925 Yoga teachers are Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) and have been trained to guide safe yet challenging yoga classes for all levels.

    X Nikki: Nikki has a passion and gift for making yoga available and accessible to students of all levels.  She  attended the University of WI, Eau Claire where she doubled majored in Kinesiology, Movement Science and Music, Vocal Performance. In addition, she has studied yoga for seven years, managed studios and customer service at CorePower Yoga Minneapolis and served as Director for CorePower Yoga & Spa in Edina, Woodbury and Maple Grove, MN.  Nikki is the Founder and Director of Studio925.  The team is grateful to have her as an inspiriting leader.

She began practicing Pilates in 2001 and became Stott Pilates certified in 2003. In 2007, Despie realized the joy Vinyasa yoga brought to her life and completed Corepower Yoga Teacher Training later that year. Despie's students leave her classes energized, motivated, and relaxed. Her Studio925 classes are focused on form and alignment while having fun.

Upon finding CorePower Yoga, Chris then added Yoga Sculpt and Vinyasa to her resume. Her wealth of knowledge of the body and fitness make Chris an incredible asset to the Studio925 team.

    X Jan: Jan came to yoga relatively late in life. As a young woman, she was a self-confessed, type A step aerobics fan. “No pain, no gain” was her mantra. When Jan was about 50, she noticed that her body no longer shared her love of these classes. Instead of making her lean and mean, she was injured and achy all over. The first time Jan took a vinyassa flow yoga class she was hooked. She had never before experienced such a supportive and nurturing environment. Jan always looks forward to yoga class and always leaves feeling rejuvenated and kind, at least for a while. She fully embraces the concept that we are all exactly where we should be, and she is so grateful to be a part of the yoga community. Jan’s wisdom and sense of humor make her an incredible asset to the Studio925 team.
